Artist's Comments

Remember that House portrait series I'm working on? Yeah, me neither. :XD:

I know there is at least one person out there who agrees with me when I say FINALLY! How long has it been since I posted the previous one? Six months? Seven? More? Sorry about the long delay. I was aiming to put this up earlier this week, but I didn't get the time to finish it before I went to Prague (which is a lovely city you should all visit some time, by the way) for a few days. Anyway.

Robert Sean Leonard as Dr. James Wilson, and this is my fifth attempt at getting his face to look right. It has been driving me nuts, since I kept getting too caught up in details too early on in the process, which ruined the overall pictures completely. There are still some wonky bits, but I refuse to acknowledge them for the time being. :P

Done entirely in Photoshop.

*SQUEEEEEEEE*

Ahem. Tremendous work, as always. Glad to see you haven't forgotten about them. :XD: It looks so awesome and the pose was definitely a good one to go for. The exasperated 'House-your-being-an-insensitive-jerk-again-and-I'm-almost-ready-to-give-up-on-you' look.

Yes.

Wonderful.

It's gorgeous. looks like the real thing...

Very nice! That cute man is a BASTARD to draw! He is quite pretty, but has such an indistinct face that i always struggle with it, and am rarely happy with the outcome.

anyway...bla bla bla.

Nice work! I can't draw worth shit in photoshop, so I commend you!

Looks Great !! very good resemblance.
(I'm working on an RSL drawing as well..now I never have the guts to upload that, lol!)
:icondunland:
Haha, how did I just know you'd be first person to comment on this one? Glad you're not disappointed. ;)

Thank you so much. :)

Oh, don't I just know it? Every time I tried starting over with a new drawing of him I'd end up screwing up one of is features. Everything in his face is sort of non-generic, so there wasn't much room for mistakes before he'd turn unrecognizeable, and it's unbelieveable that I still have a shred of sanity left.

Anyway, thank you! :)

Thank you! I managed to bend him mostly to my will at last. Now I think I need a small break before I allow Cuddy to start wearing my patience away again...

And that's rubbish, you need to upload it when it's done, because I wanna see. ;)

Because....because I luffs joo. ;___;

:XD:

Hehe I am super-comment-lass. >w<

I would never be disappointed by your awesome arts. Unless you did a pic of, like, I dunno...House's dead, rotting corpse entwined with Wilson's equally diminished form. Although, I'd probably still +fav it. I'm sick like that.

Hmm, I dunno, I think it also has a lot to do with a mysterious magnetic power that draws you to my gallery whenever I post something House-related. :XD: And you never know, that scenario you just described could still happen. I haven't finished House and Cuddy yet, so if they don't behave I just might throw a fit and go all homocidal maniac on them. Figuratively, of course. *shifty eyes*
